My membership doesn’t expire until May 9th but suddenly every 3 seconds there’s an ad playing and no resolution within the app. A year paid should be fulfilled whether I renew or not. |

I tried to restore my subscription and that didn’t work. As i have seen a few reviews about this same issues maybe you will fix it. However over the past week it has been so glitchy constantly freezing and closing out that I can’t use it. I have contacted support several times but am getting no response. I’m not sure if I should cancel or hope for the best. I’ve used this for years and will continue to gladly pay for it if it’s fixed. I haven’t found another game or coloring app I use as much or as consistently. It really is the most relaxing part of my day. |

Another 20 seconds another X. Then 20 more seconds and another X. I know that ads help with the updates for the app. I totally understand that. But let me be clear, if that happens again, your app is gone. There’s plenty of coloring apps out there. And let Roblox know that I would never download their app because of this. It’s totally BS. |

I’ve been doing your painting videos since 2024 and have enjoyed many hours on this app. I’m subscribing to the Pro version of this app which costs me $10.59 each month. I haven’t minded making this payment but I’m having second thoughts about continuing with my subscription. I look forward to getting a new painting video every day and when I don’t get one it kind of ruins my day. Thank you, Jo Garretson |

Been using the app for years and never had the ads until last few days. So I upgraded to the yearly plan thinking I would get rid of all the ads. That didn’t work either. |

Then all of a sudden I a, getting ads even though I have had a subscription for over a year now and now I can’t do anything because of all the ads that I have paid to get rid of.
