All of my statistics were also gone. Now after years of playing my daily challenges are all “Easy” because it assumes I’m a new player. Your advertisers need to be aware customer will no longer need to watch 30 second commercials if points are taken from them. PLEASE PEOPLE DON’T WATCH THE 30 SECOND ADS FOR EXTRA POINTS. MAYBE ADVERTISERS WILL ABANDON THIS APP AND FORCE DEVELOPERS TO ADDRESS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.

I’ve tried using their “Customer Service” chat- no response. Really good game, but I’ll stop using it, and patronizing their advertisers, unless it is fixed soon.
