Useless support team! I wanted to watch an ad to get a hint, but the game was saying "The AD is not ready". The bot doesn't even list the issue I'm facing! It gives the option to talk to someone and doesn't even connect me to a real person, doesn't even inform me if the support team is available at that time or not, nor does it inform if my issue is registered and will be looked into it later. I'm just left hanging, wondering what's going on!

There are too many ads to make the game enjoyable. Half the time when you watch the ads to get rewards they dont work with is just BS. Some of the rules are counter dictating of each other.

The game freezes after every puzzle I finish. I have emailed screenshots to App support and no reply. It's unfortunate that there are so many puzzles that I like and want to do but when it freezes after every one I do and I don't get the points for it it's frustrating.

A week or two ago something happened in my game updated. Now there are some empty tile spaces in the gameplay mechanics are completely different now. I want the old one back! My wife plays the same game and hers is still that version. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, which lost all my Level progress of course. It still has the four empty slots and different gameplay mechanics as a result.

I love the game (5/5), but hate all of the adverts, some of which try and take you to 'sketchy' websites that my phone security warns are scam sites. If there have to be adverts, at least make sure they are safe!
