I am 8 months into my yearly subscription. I’m having problems getting an answer from support. There are ads too. It’s bad business to just lock the subscription with no response.

I have been really enjoying this game. So much variety. Very relaxing, I may play for hours while listening to audiobook. But I do *NOT* like latest update, wish I hadn't installed it. I can no longer play offline, very important to me. Don't like to burn my data. Or, of course, watch a million ads. I can no longer download a group of levels then turn data back off. Really really wish I could go back to the earlier version. ;>[ Frustrating enough I may stop playing. That's a real shame.

What happened to my Steam Punk Jigsaw Puzzles. I don't like the Puzzles in Street Art Puzzles.

after you win the game it tells you something about how you did but it just flashes on and off and doesn't give you time to read what it says.

Ad was misleading. Says “no annoying ads”. After so many levels the ads start. Seems to be an ad after every level. I don’t mind ads but this is excessive. I enjoy the game but I won’t deal with excessive ads. Deleting.

Love jigsaw games.. I've played quite a few. And my pet hate is when the puzzle area keeps moving while placing a piece.. This does it like all the others. Stop it and I'll update to 5*

Ruined by ads. You can’t actually play the game. It’ll just force you to play other promoted games.

I completely totally brain with some of The other peoples comments that all of a sudden there is no ads and you have to pay for things. I have the app on my phone and it’s updated and that’s where I have to pay but I have the app on my iPad and I refuse to update it because if I update it, then I’ll have to pay. i’ve noticed that the response from the app has been the they i’m planning on discussing this. Stop saying you’re going to discuss it and please FIX IT! This looks to be a favorite game for lots of people and I myself are feeling like I’ve been betrayed! Once again…FIX IT! #changeitback!
