Love the game. It requires thought and logic, but is relaxing at the same time. One of my favorite things about Oakever, is that games are so inclusive worldwide. The historical and natural wonders from around the world are so interesting and informative. My go-to games.

I have been playing Zen Word for some time. I am over level 3000 and around level 2847 I lost my crown after achieving it months earlier. When I reached out to customer support several times, I finally received a response advising me that all crowns are reset at the beginning of a new session. That information is incorrect. Other players with crowns maintained their crowns at the beginning of the session, but not me. They have failed to attempt to correct and completely dismissed my complaint. Unfortunately, I paid for the ads free version of this app. Good customer service is demonstrated not only when all is well but also when there are problems. Just admit that there is a glitch in the app and correct. Poor customer service.

This game's fun, but there's one problem: full-length ads after every level! I get that revenue is important, and I was thinking about buying the ad-free version, but it's a subscription, which I really dislike. That's just my opinion, but there should be a one-time purchase option for ad removal. If you want to offer more, then you can add subscriptions or options to buy hints and stuff. Conclusion is I love the game. I hope you consider other ways to generate stable revenue.

Great Game interupted by very long adds. Have enjoyed playing this for a fair amount of time and think its one of the best. Sadly I have noticed the adverts are taking longer and longer to run through. Sometimes, the only way to get back out is to shut the app completely. I dont mind adverts but play one and revert back to the original game, not start another, then another, then sticking on a download screen without a means to close the window. Such a shame. Their other games have gone the same

I absolutely love this game! Great logic puzzle and cute concept. The only problem is there is no option to pay to get rid of ads - if they added this option it would definitely be five stars!!

DELETED after 5 minutes play. Way too many LONG ads - and the game was advertised on Instagram as having NO ads! No-one minds a few short ads for a free game, but this was ridiculous! Shame as had the potential to be a good game. Don't waste your time downloading.

I enjoyed using this until I got fed up with the ads.Every single time they pop up. they became annoying. uninstalled!

At first it was fun and I loved it. But now, far too many ads. Instead of after every few puzzles, it's before every one and you can't get out of them half of the time to return to the puzzle. I have to completely leave the app and start over. It has become very frustrating.

English puzzles are four times as hard as any other language, which is a completely unfair advantage. Zen Word customer service is absolutely useless. If you lose the amount of puzzles that you complete, Zen word customer service will not be able to help you retrieve them even if you have snapshots and all kinds of proof. I only gave one star because that's the only way I could post a rating.

I'm updating my review. I'm done with this game. It was constantly crashing- I was lucky to get through three puzzles at a time. I recently updated the game, and I now earn less coins for tasks, and you have to play more levels to earn items than previously. To top it off, I've been given a pet that looks like it's about to die from starvation, and at some times, the only way to feed it is to watch an ad. Uninstalled. A shame because I love the gameplay.

its enjoyable, bright colors lots of choices. I just don't like the long ads.

Ads continue to lock up with no way around them except to restart the game, but if you want to watch a video for a tip and they lock up you have just wasted your time.
