Malfunction I. ads

Ever since I paid for as free my games have been getting ads that will not close and there is no way I can get back into the game. I have reported them several time to no avail. I would like either a return of my money or fix the ads so I can play the game again.

This app is much better on iPhone. On iPhone the premium version has no ads and unlimited hints. I got the add free on play store and I don't get the unlimited hints. Very disappointed.
