There is no actual way to report a problem. “Chat more with us” just is another opening for more useless suggestions. I play the game, win the 24hr multi player challenge, watch the entire ad and it does not double my reward every time. Can I request ANYTHING other than their suggestions? Absolutely not. This is a free game, I can’t find way to skip, but when we have a real question or it doesn’t perform as expected there is no way to actually contact them. I take the time to win to get the prize.

I'm not playing very much it is too frustrating. Now, you can't even finish your puzzle with being forced to see very long ads They have ads that force you to go to the Play Store. You can't get out of it. They have too many very small specks that are very hard to find. Excessive are ads that can be annoying. Every time you get a text or phone call, you have to go through an ad before you can get back to your coloring.

Too many ads now. When I first started playing a month ago, it was great because there were no ads unless I wanted more hints or cats. The app updated today and now an ad pops up after each game I complete or if I use up the 3 fish before I can try again. This game is not worth all the ads. Byeeeee!

For an App thats Pegi 3, I cant allow my children to play this game because of the selection of adult natured adverts that keep popping up. Control this and its a 5 star. I dont mind the ads, but the nature of the ads is not appropriate. Btw, I've clicked not interested each time inappropriate ads pop up, but the repeatedly present again. Pegi 12 ads, still coming in. There's no where to report.

I had saved a "Rare" picture, Vat That Khao, Laos, in my to-do list. You do this by colouring in one spot. This splendid "Rare" picture, would have looked magnificent. On getting around to doing it, I found that it had been downgraded to a 2D picture. I contacted Happy Color who replied that it had been designed as a blended picture. This is not true. Vat Khao was a "Rare" picture when I saved it. I am now considering whether to keep Happy Color, as I feel disappointment with this app now.

I love this game but some adds for other games seem never ending and cause me to go into airplane mode to get passed them. Recently the game has severely cut back on how long you can stay in airplane mode. This becomes frustrating because of these never ending adds. I wish you would get rid of adds that last longer than 30 seconds.

Can’t close ads?!

I’ve used this app for years and really enjoyed it, but now I every time I open a picture and the ad plays, you can’t close out. There’s no visible X and it doesn’t time out. The ad just gets stuck. I’ve tried everything and finally given up. Really crummy issue.
