Recent update deleted everything

I have been playing this game for a couple of weeks and was at level 648. I opened the app to play today and the app did an update and erased everything and took me back to level 1. I had tokens that I have purchased lost, tournaments I am playing. The chat in the app is a joke….i was told and agent would be with me shortly….i was ghosted….waited over an hour and nothing. So disappointed.

While I love this app I find that there are way too many ads. I can’t relax when all of the ads come with a screaming person telling me to gamble. Other than the adds the pictures and colors are awesome!
