I really hate it when the STUPID ADS don't load and it tells you to wait...wait for what??? IF YOU CAN'T make them work (not that I like them) then scrap the STUPID game when videos load you hardly EVER get the letter you wanted just reloads from the start. what's the buffering about can't ya'll make it work????? you know you can't play the damn game if it buffers who wants the stupid ads??????? from the start VERY ANNOYING who wants to wait for BUFFERING!?!?!?

When I am playing I get so far then an ad will pop up and it will freeze up and stay there for 2 to 3 days I’ve done this twice already I’m thru with this game I live doing puzzles but hate to stop playing due to this so will be deleting the game and go to something else

I lost all my progress to level 680 when app was updated 17 hrs ago. App has put me back to beginning level so I’ve lost my chance to earn the largest value of points within the next 50+ days, very aggravating.

So many ads and the ads are longer than the games. Some ads are longer than it takes to play 1 to 3 games. The solitaire ad is the worst. Even the short ads are long because it takes forever to X out of it to get back to the game. Greedy! Uninstalled that game now.

I originally downloaded this from Fetch where I get points for playing. I’ve had this downloaded for less than two months and had reached level 200 and was on my way to level 300. I went to play this morning and had an update. I was playing and wanted to see how close I was to level 300 only to discover they had moved me all the way back to the beginning and I am now at level five. The only way to contact support is through chat. After waiting 10 minutes, nobody showed up in the chat so I left. I’ll give it a day or two and check to see if my status is fixed to the correct level otherwise I’m gonna delete this game. The number of ads in this game is ridiculous and honestly, I was only playing it to get the points from Fetch so if I can’t do that, then there’s no sense in keeping the app..

I tried this game again. Developer responded to my review and suggested I pay and get the ADs removed. I really like the game and I did. Unfortunately, it only removed the ADS that popped up while you play the game. The ones you get because the developers have made the matches so hard you either have to start over, use your coins or watch an Ad. Truly sad. You spend literally hours playing in your “challenge “ Only to get 100 measly coins and that is only if you reach #1! One day I watched over 70 ADs! Not worth my time!

I enjoy working this puzzle game and the competition makes me work at focus . I am over 70 , still working and trying to keep my brain sharp. I believe this helps.

Was having lots of fun but something changed recently and my scoring for successful completions has changed drastically. I barely get points for completing the puzzles recently. It’s irritating and if it doesn’t get corrected, I’ll remove the app. Very weird what I’m seeing.
