I bought ad coins and use them and still get ads. Correct this cause it is annoying. It makes it look like you are lying about the coins. Tap color is great though.

I started to notice that whenever they had the color 5 pictures as the daily task, my number of pics weren’t adding up. I would color 1-2 pics together & then color as I could through out the day. I have reached out to support about this issue only for them requesting proof. Like how can I prove I colored 4 pics that day yet the app only says I did 1? They must have a way to know this unless they want us to color more unexpectedly. I use to love this app for relaxing but I am reconsidering on switching

This was a very good game and then it became 18+ now I can’t play it. I loved it so much. I played it every day and then it became 18+ in my world was ruined. OK not really but still if you get the point it was a good game. Why it was so good is the colors were nice. There was lots of detail they did like daily up loads. It was so much fun, but there were way too many glitches and to be honest some of the ads,back when it was 4+ were actually inappropriate. Thank you for your time

First, let me say I love the “tap” feature! So much nicer than other coloring sites. However, I would like to understand why you insist on having every single picture have over 100 color changes! That makes the picture take WAY too long! I used to color at least 3 pictures a day, now I can only get one in, sometimes I don’t even have time to complete one. I’d really rather have a little variety by being able to color a couple of pictures rather than spend so much time on one pic. I get bored spending anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour & a half on one pic.

I have been using this app for a few years and really liked it. Now every time I try to color I get the damn bird game that I can’t get rid of unless I turn tablet off and back on again. But guess what, the next time I tried to color I got that ad again. I am very frustrated about this and you. Do something!!

The ads are way too long now, they take forever to go through. And there are too many of them. Before and after pictures is excessive. I used to love this app but the ads taking up too much time between projects just irritates my adhd further and I get distracted by something else.

Love playing it is so much fun but I can’t stand the ads that take forever to get through, I don’t like being forced to watch them if I want to continue playing and I am not paying to have them removed

I was playing this for years and loved it. They had some controversies but they fixed them. Sadly, now most of the art is AI art which is so disappointing I had to delete it

Where are the Black History Month pictures?

Having link pop up near bottom left is aggravating when I accidentally hit it while filling in colors. It I want a clue or an ad I know where those links are on the top. Just saying… otherwise great fun and appreciate that it automatically selects next color when one is completed!

I’ve had this app for probably a month now. I used to color at night to destress. But the past couple of days in the middle of a coloring page, Google would randomly open to an ad. And then tonight I was coloring and all of a sudden my phone starts beeping. I exit the app and the beeping stops. Get back on the app and immediately it starts beeping again. My speakers show “Scanning your device” and it goes away when I exit the app. I immediately deleted the app from my phone because that’s concerning.

I used to love this app but now I can’t even color a picture without it constantly redirecting me to some random website. I hate that I had to delete it. If they get fixed I would give it five stars and reinstall it.

I’ve been playing this game for almost 7 years, thousands of colors. But these new sudden spam ads scanning phones and such MUST STOP!!!! They open randomly when coloring, and it’s not ok!! I’m going to stop playing if this continues.

…TOO MANY ADS I have an idea if you watch ads for four hints then you could go two whole days without ads two because I feel like that’s all you need until you get four more hints which I think is a good idea because I am so tired of seeing the same ad over and over again I either see the lingo kids ad the Zen word ad or royal match ad and I’m so tired of seeing the same ads over and over again tired of seeing ads I think you get four from watching ads two days without ads because that’s all you need and I think it’s a good idea. You don’t have to try it if you don’t want to, but I’m just considering it. I think it would be a good idea.

It’s crashing within 10 minutes and you need to start over I am ready to delete it started today or before that I was happy

Only one star but if I could give zero, I would! I purchased unlimited hints and no ads prior to this app being changed to subscription. As a result of their recent issues, I believed I was experiencing problems on my iPad so deleted the app and reinstalled. Whoops, no more upgraded app and even with my receipt from back then, they REFUSE to fix. Pictures are nice CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!!!!

You show beautiful pictures of lovely gardens and homes while you’re advertising but they’re a no-show when you download the app. Faulty advertising.

This has been the only game-type app that I’ve kept on my phone. I always end up uninterested in other game apps & end up deleting them. Tap Color has been my #1 favorite app for years and years. But, unfortunately, I am actually thinking about deleting it due to two issues that have started fairly recently: 1 - It takes several attempts to swipe/close this app. The thin black line at the bottom isn't available, it's grayed out. I have to swipe up several times before that line will finally turn black so I can close the app. So frustrating. 2 - I used to be able to play Spotify podcasts, or music, in the background while coloring on Tap Color. But now Spotify will pause repeatedly. I then have to swipe up multiple times on Tap Color in order to even be able to switch to Spotify so I can click play again. Then I go back to Tap Color only to have Spotify pause again a few seconds later. Extremely annoying.

This was my favorite coloring app. Been using it for several years but at least the last 6 months it freezes up when I am coloring. Reboot it and will color a little bit more then freezes up again. Very disappointed and frustrating so I have quit coloring on this app!!!

Tired of trying to get rid of ad. Won’t let me and so can’t proceed to color

They are nice to color but the banner for adds is big at bottom of picture and above that is the colors you use. So between both of them takes good bit of space. So there is different prices you can pay one is what I tried it was 1.99 would take 50 adds off. They don’t explain that is when you want a picture that you get in the beginning you could do without add by pushing use token or add. If use token it’s without add then after that you still have all the adds and also big banner at bottom still. So I regret paying for this. Because it doesn’t take away all the adds or banner. But the pictures is really nice that’s why the 4 stars. But they do need for people to know what they are paying for. If all adds and banner would be off would definitely make it worth while to pay money to get them of. Just went on to suggest about ads to support and it wouldn’t let me send it out.

New event does not have 12 pictures. Why?

Can u fix the app so that it flips sideways instead of just straight up and down it’s very hard to keep shrinking the app to see were everything goes. Please and thanks.

Hello, I’ve been a loyal premium subscriber for quite a few years. My renewal for the year was yesterday, but when I went to access the app, it’s like I don’t have a premium subscription and the ads are back. I hit restore, but it’s not working. Please advise. Thank you!

The pictures are great and the animations, but whenever I try to upload the video for a certain picture, it keeps kicking me out.

Can barely play due to an ad popping up every 5 seconds and opening safari by itself. Very annoying and intrusive.

usually pretty good if a bit more ad-y recently. unfortunately i at least have been experiencing pop up spammy ‘congrats’ type ads mid coloring and even without touching anything. might just be me but if it’s not, plz fix it.

Why is it after each piece of the puzzle you get an ad? I’m gonna go ahead and take it off.

So I have had this app for years it is so fun but here’s the thing there’s a lot of ads and glitches. When I first get in to the game I have to wait for about 5 minutes to actually see the pictures. It is still a fun game though and children love it like I do. So what would make this app better is to delete some of the ads okay ✅!!!

The ads have stopped loading therefore you can’t close the ad to get to the animated or special pictures. I love this coloring app so PLEASE fix this soon. Thanks in advance.

I’ve been using this app for a year and a half now, and I love it! It is super calming and helps with my anxiety! Although the ads can get annoying at times, I’ve just gotten used to having to watch ads over the years. Some of the pictures I’ve colored were very fun to make and I even re-did them a few times. Thanks for making this awesome game! Keep up the amazing work.

I love this coloring app, I uninstalled the others I had, so much to choose from. Just one problem I am tired of the Chinese ads. I don’t speak it and I don’t like Chinese stuff getting on my phone. When that ad comes on you can’t getOut of it without just closing out your coloring app and then you go back to it and it’s the same ad and can’t get rid of it. I have to close my coloring app and go back to it and the ads back. This is the irritating part this is the part that will make me uninstall this app if I have to fight with a Chinese add that you can’t get rid of. I will change my review if you get rid of this Chinese ad off my phone.

I’ve paid for Premium but the app won’t load. This has been going on for a couple months and I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, and nothing works. My subscription is good until June 10, 2023. I’d like this fixed or my money refunded.

It won’t open up!

I have really enjoyed this app, it is a great stress reliever and been a ton of fun. However, two days ago the app stopped loading. I have updated it and that didn’t help nor has restarting my phone. This is truly disappointing. I tried sending a message but was told I wasn’t “authorized” to do so. What is going on? It’s as if the app managers have just ghosted us all - as this seems to have happened to other people. I would recommend this app if it were still working…

App was a lifesaver and time killer. Now it’s stuck loading in and not allowing me to access the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still the load screen stays loading. Tried contacting their help desk and it says I’m unauthorized to do so? Disappointing

Since the update I have had more problems the daily puzzle didn’t always open. Now you can’t even get to the coloring pages. The unicorn just keeps winking and doesn’t open up.

I wrote a review a year ago about this being glitchy after an update. It’s still that way even though I’ve continued to keep it thoroughly updated to the new versions. It has also stated making my iPad overheated and draining my battery super fast (100 percent charged to 20 percent after one picture). Normally my battery lasts 1 1/2 days with my normal game play ( 4 solitaires and 2 puzzles). Along with overheating it’s stopping and starting, locking up, ads freezing or dark screens and no way to clear except to close app, and losing progress on pictures when this happens. I would like to continue using app but it’s very difficult and time consuming without actually playing. Hopefully there is a fix. Thank you.

I just downloaded this app and it doesn’t even load the pictures so you can color!! Big waste of time!!!! There are other coloring apps out there that are better!!! Don’t waste your time

I live this app but it is frozen. The last daily picture and new pictures was Friday September 2. Can someone please tell us what is wrong ? I love all the pictures and miss the new ones and the letter pictures. Thank you fir your help.

This app froze up Sept 2. I have updated in the App Store, I have turned my phone off & back on, I have deleted & reinstalled the app. All to no avail. I used to really love coloring on this app. I can still color pictures, but it has become very herky jerky & there are now even MORE ads. Sadly, I will not be keeping this app

I am also having issues getting daily photos since sept 3rd. I am not deleting the app since another lady did and it lost all her purchases. It was fine until the latest update. Help would be greatly appreciated. I love this game and it’s part of my morning routine every single morning.

I love this app but past 3 days it’s not loaded any pics for me or daily pictures i even uninstalled and installed it back I’m not sure what’s going on
