I have played this game for quite a while. The recent updates are very frustrating. It was annoying when they first added one weird shape, now there are multiple in each puzzle. Then there’s the ads. Not only before and after you complete a puzzle but now they also trigger in the middle. Trying to listen to some music while I relax and puzzle then the music or video suddenly stops because the app is indicating it is making sounds. Very irritating. Hoping it’s updated soon or time for a new puzzle app.

I don’t know what kind of update this game went through recently but there’s incessant amounts of Ads. Just to solve a regular puzzle, I have to watch an Ad, after finishing the puzzle I have to watch an Ad, and during the puzzle there’s not just a continuous banner Ad but also pop up Ad with jarring voice over. I love the puzzles. They are amazing and fun but at this point, I am watching more Ads than actually solving any puzzles.

I’m very relaxed with this puzzle app

I love the puzzles a lot of fun. But the ads in between every little thing I always have to close out my puzzle and start over.

This has been my favorite app. I play it before bed to rewind and relax. All of a sudden it’s SWAMPED with audio ads during game play. Time to find a new app unless these ads go away. What a shame.

I just might work a puzzy now if u let my I love the bunny game and I feed myratcoon so. I can get lots more coins

I used to enjoy Jigsawscapes but the ads have become ridiculous. It is now frustrating and unenjoyable to play.

Great jigsaw, but recently they started running ads that pop up in the corner and shut down anything else you’re watching or listening to. I’m looking for another jigsaw. I realize they need the ads, but maybe the banner at the bottom would be sufficient.

There was a wonderful lull in the ads but now they’re back and once again there’s no way to interrupt them. And there are ads after ads. Looks like I need to find a different app. I understand ads paying for things but the inability to stop them is too infuriating to put up with. Stick to the ticker tape ads below the puzzles. The other ones are too annoying. Now it’s all ads and if you don’t allow the ad to play and then open the App Store you can’t get to the puzzles. And the ads now run so frequently it’s beyond annoying. Even closing the app completely and reopening it doesn’t stop the ads. You just get a different one. I used to use this all the time because puzzles are a stress relief for me. But this new version is the exact opposite.

I love Jigsawscapes but it’s frustrating that I lose position on the leaderboard overnight.

I really enjoyed this puzzle game at first. But when I was forced to Upgrade everything changed. Now there are goofy-shaped pieces that are not fun, they just ruin the puzzles. And now there are talking ads that ‘pop up’ while I’m trying to peacefully enjoy putting my puzzle together. WHY?? It’s bad enough to have to watch the ads in between puzzles but to interrupt my play is totally unacceptable!!! Before all these stupid changes I would have given a 5-star rating, but now you’ve lost a once happy player. Thanks for ruining a great puzzle game!!

I’m sick of getting ads about this game when I already have it.This game would fun if it wasn’t lagging all the time and having to pay for things that should be free.

Was nice and something to keep my mind occupied but I did this for rewards as well and my last two wasn’t rewarded :) I tried contacting customer support but they haven’t replied.

I played one puzzle. When I tried to do another, I was locked into an ad to download a different game. After watching that for two minutes without any way to exit, I deleted the game. So much for a fun app!

Bad adds

Love this game but to make people watch an ad sometimes 2 every time you finish a puzzle is too much. I’m deleting. Hope your funding wwirth it

So far I like this

When I am playing I get so far then an ad will pop up and it will freeze up and stay there for 2 to 3 days I’ve done this twice already I’m thru with this game I live doing puzzles but hate to stop playing due to this so will be deleting the game and go to something else

The inability to bypass your ads is awful!!

Surprisingly nearly as satisfying as the real thing. Fun way to pass time. Vivid photos and nice selection.

The ad for this game said no ads, I’ve had more ads that I get in other games. I’m deleting this because they lied.

I love this game but the constant ads are driving me crazy, especially the fact that at least half of the time they don’t even close. I sit here and wait for a reasonable time, then I finally close the whole app and go do something else. Shame, because I really liked it otherwise. Ads when I turn on the app, ads when I pick a puzzle, ads after I complete a puzzle. Too much.

I have been playing this app for over a year now and never have there been so many ads like this!! And the inset sound ad is absolutely obnoxious. I would purchase a way out of it but discovered the going rate for “no ads”is ridiculous. $7 per week? This USED to be my favorite way to wind down. Now it is just annoying and stressful. I am leaving.

This company is clearly preying on people who are not savvy enough to recognize that the ads they are supplying you with our 100% false. Click bait!

This could be a great app. And, I don’t necessarily have an issue with the app being supported by ads. BUT how the ads are implemented can make the game unplayable. The pop-up ads during game play impede your ability to see and interact with a portion of the puzzle. There is also some major issue with how the ads are implemented that impacts audio capabilities. I used to enjoy using this app while also listening to audiobooks or music. Now that’s all but impossible. Even when there doesn’t appear to be an ad with sound playing during active gameplay, the app STILL takes over audio capabilities and prevents background apps like Audible, Spotify, etc. from playing. It’s ridiculously frustrating and unnecessary.

Why can’t I choose regular puzzles without all the stupid stuff that’s added!!! I’m looking for a new jigsaw puzzle app. Thanks for ruining this puzzle app!

The app turns my songs and background podcasts off so i cant play the app and listen to stuff at the same time. Im not doing a jigsaw in silence.

So I love the game i saw my grandma playing it and I was just like bro and she sent me the game so I downloaded it and I think it’s a great game I like the way that it has a bunch of different types of puzzles

I would like this app more if the ads didn’t play after or during puzzles. Also, the app shouldn’t be shutting off my music when I’m listening to it on the same machine; why is this a thing? It makes the whole process not enjoyable.

They are fun, exciting and interesting!

I love this app! New puzzles come every day and there's various categories and difficulties to choose from. Their latest feature, putting more pieces on the board at once, is also really nice!! And there's not too many ads

good puzzles but the ads are soooo ridiculous it’s not worth it. you have to click through the ads multiple times and almost every time a pop up window comes up that you have to the X out of then try to X out of the ad again. and if you have to watch a video to unlock an a puzzle, make yourself comfortable you’ll be watching it for a while. recommend the Jigsaw Puzzles app instead.

Game is fun but wasting all the time the app ads add is frustrating. The game would be 5 stars but wasting time on ads brings it down. They are too long.

Pop up adds are ridiculous. I often listen to a podcast while playing and this interrupts and and changes the volume.

At 3:03 a.m. my preference would be to sleep but since that doesn’t always happen I enjoy your puzzles. What I do not enjoy is watching someone making diet jello for a full minute. If I try t get out of the ads before it sees fit to release me, I need to close the app, then reopen it and watch another fraking ad for a possible 60s. I definitely do not find this a relaxing activity when it makes me so annoyed so I find something else to do. Maybe you all should play the game and deal with your ads, then you might understand!

Ads everywhere. I would listen to a podcast and do a puzzle but now I can’t cause adds every 30 seconds pause my podcast to play. Insufferable. So disappointing

I have ADD and this holds my wandering attention better than a larger puzzle!

I love this game because it is really a nice calming game but people say that it is as free and it isn’t so if you like ads go ahead and get this game but if you don’t then i don’t recommend getting it because there is also ads between your puzzle work

I spent three hours playing this game. It’s so addicting if you if you had it if I had to pick block glass or jigsaw scape, I had to play block blast losers this is the worst game ever and I played three hours playing this style is gonna be fun, but was not fun at all. If you’re trying to get this game, don’t get it at all. Try to get blocked
