I was playing for a little while. Currently at level 321. I don’t know if when you reach a certain level, they turn off the color coded letters to help you distinguish a word, but it’s gone? I’m disappointed because I liked learning new words by knowing it was green, blue, red, or yellow. I’m not sure if it’s a bug, based on my current level, was a timed challenge, or a what but the feature is gone and I like the game much less. It was there all the way until I played this morning at level 320. May not play it anymore!!

I was absolutely loving the game when they added the yellow when words can be created with the letters and red when there are no words left with that letter….but it just went away??!!!! I just cannot go back to the old way… I miss learning and creating as many words as possible!

Love the game. But the new tile colors are a questionable choice. Cheese crackers, rainbow colors, ice blocks etc. how about making that an option instead? It doesn’t go with the beautiful background nature scenes and makes the whole thing look tacky. Edit: so, the predictive feature is gone and that’s okay. This should exercise my brain and not have it literally spelled out for me. . But I feel you’re having an identity crisis. What’s with the cutesy animals? Can you also get rid of the pop up whenever a new bonus word is found? It’s so bloody annoying

Too many ads that can’t exit to get back to game.

I haven't played this game in a while, and when I finally opened it, I had to close a bunch of pop-ups. It was ridiculous. On top of that it's an ad every single game, which gets tedious. I don't like that when you idle for too long, it gives you a hint even if you don't ask for one. And now you are forced to use the airplanes which is yet another pop-up. Very frustrating. This used to be a calming experience and now it's the opposite.

This is my favorite game to play however, the ads in between the games have gotten to the point where it crashes my game app. I have to restart it and they’re too long looking for another alternative.

I really like this game and I would rate this game 5 star it’s just, why all the ads! All the ads took away and entire star! But other than that it’s a great game.

Was great for the first week and then ads show up non stop. Ridiculous. Uninstalling.

What happened to the definitions? I used to refer to them if I didn’t know the word. Now all I get is a message saying there is no definition yet.

I’ve been playing this for the last 45 minutes. Ads about Bible for Women are constant and take at least a full minute. I’ve probably lost at least 10 minutes because of this. If it comes up one more time I’m going to delete this app permanently!

Game was good but got tired of pop ups saying my phone was infected with viruses. Just deleted the app. Also some of the same words were used way too much.

I spend more time watching ads or waiting for ads to end then I do playing the game. It really takes away from the enjoyment that the game provides.

Hate the noise!

Love the game, too many ads. Today, see ads from “Nordstrom”. When you click on link, you get an entirely different foreign company. Why is your company allowing this?

This sucks. I enjoyed playing and paid for ad free. I open to play and it’s trying to shove Royal Kingdom down my throat!!! I can’t get out of the ad at all!! If I’d wanted to play another game I wouldn’t have opened Zen Word. Very disappointed!!!

I used to LOVE this game, but now that you have to claim an airplane every time you submit a word not in the list it’s become a tiresome inconvenience. Also, these new “bonuses” that are ads (freecash) that you can’t exit out of - this was the final straw for me. Im deleting the game from my phone and won’t be back.

I played this game for about a year without updating it, and I finally updated it the other day. Before it was very tranquil, and after the update rewards and all of these things keep popping up and I don’t want to see them. I just want to keep playing and choose to click on the rewards on my own terms. All the colors and extra pop-ups are distracting and are not very relaxing considering this game is supposed to be “Zen”

This is a very nice game!!! I played it for ten minutes and felt tired at night very good!!!

Ads have increased in frequency and length. May just find another word game. This gets very annoying.

Not only does this game have too many ads, it’s hard and takes too long to get out of the ads. Really has ruined a fun game.

This is a good game. I enjoyed playing it for the short time I had it, but it’s too many popup ads. It was so hard to get rid of them. I had to come out of the game and let them time out. This broke my momentum. I finally deleted it. I shouldn’t have to pay $4 to get rid of ads

This game states 100% free but you have the option to pay weekly, monthly, or yearly. Sounds like false advertising to me.

Spammy pop up ads fishing for info or trying to put a virus on phones

I went though 80 levels then the violent ads started. It’s a 9+ rating there should not be people killing other people in the ads.

I’ve been playing this game for a little while. I even reached level 4900 however I am deleting the game due to a recent word search. The words slave and slavery were included in a puzzle. I personally am offended. I realize these words may not be offensive to others but they are to me. There are other words that could be offensive that aren’t included in the puzzles but are words. So I will be deleting. I am disappointed.

The game was pretty good till they added weird patterns on the tiles and automatic hints by using red, yellow, or green to indicate how close you are to being correct. Needs a toggle option for all these updates.

This game claimed to be as free, this was true till after one day of playing it where I got an ad after every single level. It’s a good relaxing word game, but I’m truly disappointed.

A ad in between each puzzle is so annoying, I spent triple the time watching ads than actually solving the puzzle, the layout is amazing but have better things to do with my time than watch ads after ad

I like this game. I’m a big fan of challenging word games. I think it takes intelligence. That being said…. I see the advertisement for this game over and over while playing other games. It drives me nuts that the ad has a blatant error in it. The board with the numbers 1-20 is incorrect. The number 14 is repeated and the number 15 is missing! Who did your editing?!

Really enjoy the game but suddenly your tranquil backgrounds are interrupted with primary bright colors on the letter tabs. Not compatible and will leave if not resolved.

Would give it a 5 but the ad you have an annoying guy acting like it’s hard and he’s under pressure. Terrible ad do better
