Fun to play

After I got this game my ex wife reached back out to me and my kids started talking to me again. Call me crazy but good things seem to happen when you play this. I’ll be at a red light and open up the app and then it will turn green. I’ll have a horrible cold and play it and then it will go away. And yes if you do play it every night and morning it will both wake you up and prepare you for sleep. I don’t think there is any game or app that comes close to this. It made my friend Indian! In fact I’ve deleted every app on my phone except for it, and after I finish this review I’ll also uninstall the App Store.

So good helps you sleep better and good for road trips and work

I deleted this--the ads were so intrusive that it was impossible to get back to the game until the ads ran themselves out. Not worth my time.

This would be a fun relaxing game, but the number of ads SUCK!!! Plus most of them take at least 4 clicks to get out of. Being forced to view an ad after EVERY LEVEL is completely excessive.

I have been playing Zen Word for some time. I am over level 3000 and around level 2847 I lost my crown after achieving it months earlier. When I reached out to customer support several times, I finally received a response advising me that all crowns are reset at the beginning of a new session. That information is incorrect. Other players with crowns maintained their crowns at the beginning of the session, but not me. They have failed to attempt to correct and completely dismissed my complaint. Unfortunately, I paid for the ads free version of this app. Good customer service is demonstrated not only when all is well but also when there are problems. Just admit that there is a glitch in the app and correct. Poor customer service.

I generally like this game but often real words are denied. For example Level 229 you rejected RAPE, perhaps not a pleasant word, but acceptable all the same.

Ridiculous amount of ads. Had to delete. Literally unskippable ads that made you click link and take you off the app every game.

Level 5, BALK is a word but for some reason it was denied. If there is an obvious mistake so early on, why bother🤷‍♀️

Zen implies peace & serenity. Update includes glaring bright colors, annoying cartoon character when you complete a game & unnecessary flashing stuff. Put it back the way it was. I feel like I’m back in kindergarten!

This used to be a good game, until they started adding 20-30 new tournaments and pop ups. I want to relax and play, but it takes five minutes in between games between the ad, then all the stupid tournaments and points. I don’t care about points or coins or tournaments. I just wanted a simple word game and you ruined it

Zen Word the game is fun to play but the constant ad situation is not fun at all. I cannot pay to stop ads in a game which I am playing to reduce stress and keep mind active. I was playing daily but quit. The ads are too often and become, too repetitive and too annoying.

Now if you hit the "x" to skip an ad, it does picture in a picture so you have to look at and skip 2 ads at the same time!! I hate these developers with a passion. I hope they drown in their bathtubs tonight. Scum.

Makes my brain work. Kind of like playing scrabble

This is a great game but the ads become overwhelming. The Intuit/ Credit Karma ads just lock you out of playing completely they will not go away. You can’t be expected to compete if the ads lock you out for minutes at a time I am quitting this game after reaching almost reaching 10000 levels. Until they fix this or unless you want to pay to play I can’t suggest starting this game. Goodbye.

Made me update then started from the first level WTF!!! I got far 75% up the mountain wtf

Super fun and pictures are nice

Word games are fun, and this one is no different. What I find off-putting are the large numbers of religious words: pray, sin, belief, etc. it’s quite annoying.

The updated Reward Trail is nice! The visuals and sound effects along with rewards are great. Also, seems maybe the letter colors have been softened a little? Still cannot stand the yellow cheerleader dude... is that the best you can come up with? He's creepy. Now if the letter colors weren't so jarring (toggle?) ... and the little cheerleader dude was cute (add floppy ears?) instead of creepy looking...

This is the best game because it learned me how to spell more:)

I will quit playing this game because of tai chi yoga locking me up. Please get rid of that ad!!!

I was very high up and earning a lot of points. I received a message saying I could no longer play because i had been to an adult website NOT TRUE! So here i am starting all over again. Unfair. I can’t contact anyone if this happens!!

The links to download the game indicate there are no ads. Not true. The first day there were no ads, but day 2, it’s just like all the others. The game itself is fun, but I am done with the ads and with the necessity to track me across the web if I choose to have fewer ads. Goodbye. I am deleting this app.

Everytime I open the app the amount of pop ups before I’m even able to play the game and the immediate ad after said pop up is ridiculous man

Might have liked it if there weren’t so many ads. Sometimes they come every other round, sometimes they come every round…

After responding “No Thanks” the app takes you to a second page asking for your age etc. The user can’t close the ad either. I had to close out the Word Zen app just to close it. Please fix it. No Thanks means no thanks. I shouldn’t have to move through three more pages.

Too many ads. How to get rid of them?!!

I like the game but some ads will trap you and play for as long as 5 minutes. Several times I have had to reboot my iPad in order to stop an ad. I view a lot of ads and 30 to 45 seconds is long enough. They are about to lose the revenue that they get from me.

PLEASE RETURN THE TWO ROCKETS ON Reward Trail. You have made it almost impossible to earn the rewards .

This game is lovely and makes you use your brain, your vocabulary but you must also bring forth every iota of patience you have. I’m seriously considering deleting the app as much as I like it because if I see more Vitality Extract essential oils ads I might just 🤮 Please… your customers have reached their saturation levels and have purchased every essential oil imaginable. I just haven’t found one yet that will “smudge” out these ads!!! 🥹

Love the game. Main issue is when you get down to the last word to find, it wiggles the first letter of the word as a hint. It doesn’t give you a choice on if you want this cheat help. I hate that it doesn’t give this. Should be able to turn it off if you want.

Love playing this game but some of those ads are ridiculously long, some won’t end or allow it to be ended. Then there are the ads that take you to their app site and you don’t realize it until it’s moved out of the screen and the original ad is shown, a complete waste of time when not interested. Can’t you monitor these ads? These really spoil the game.

I have been playing this game for six months or more. I loved it. It was my go to game. Then recently, they changed one of the sounds to make a man’s name murmuring at you about your progress during the entire game. The only way to turn that voice off is to turn the sound off. Well, more than half of the games fun is having the sounds. Having a creepy man murmur at you during the game is not fun. For me essentially, the game is ruined.

This game is awesome it helps to activate your mind very relaxing.

The ad says “no in app ads” yet when downloading it says “in app ads”. Why do you lie?

This game was great until an ad started popping up after EVERY game. So disappointed. Off to find a different word game now . Deleting

I have bad insomnia. This game makes me super sleepy! Love it.

There’s an ad after each level and they take forever. Now there are pop up ads from the bottom that just take over your whole screen.

I thoroughly enjoy this game. Keeps my mind stimulated BUT, what is going on with the ads??? The Bird Sort game and the Fluffy Drop(?) game ads just go on forever!!!!! I have to close down the app and begin again several times while I’m playing. I thought the Royal Kingdom ads were bad but these are excruciating!

There are more ads than there is actual puzzle solving. Too many options out there and is a waste of time
