Tired of playing one game at a time and then having to sift through the awards, rankings, and purchase options. Super annoying. Then there are the ads, ads that take over ten minutes to end or worse ads that never close like the Meta ad that never closes and the only option to close it is to download it or remove this game and reload it. Next time I remove it it’s gone forever. Advertising is getting out of hand, I would rather no have the game than deal with ads.

Makes you think and at my age(85) I need every ounce of my brain!!

Great game if you can handle all of the ads. Spend more time watching ads than playing

Their support is unresponsive, they use horrific ai ads, nothing zen about their words, they use flowers and diamonds to cover letters, and constant pop ups. More headaches than zen

I just updated and now the tiles are Cheez-Its and other shapes. I liked this app because it was simple and relaxing and now I can barely use it. Please at least put an option to turn that off.

Love this app. Easy and simple

Don’t download this. It comes with all kinds of nag screens that won’t go away unless you power cycle your phone.

For some reason a change has been made. Now when I use the rocket costing me 240 it adds the letters to the back of the word. Hate this so much!!

There are too many ads. They are a distraction from the game. I spend more time getting out of an ad than I do playing your puzzle game. Your game does help keep the mind active. But, the ads are an annoyance. If we have to watch ads, sometimes 4-6 times in the same ad, then we should earn something within the game

Challenging to say the least

Great

This is a very fun and addictive game that I really enjoy. The one problem is that this is a “Zen Word” puzzle, how do you have a word like “demon” in a puzzle. I have played this game for almost 5 mos., but I almost deleted it. I have had “Evil” also. Those words are not very “Zen” to me. I really love this game; Please remove those words. Thank you so very much!

You’re on the right track. Increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars because they changed the ads, now they’re for actual real world businesses like colleges instead of gambling apps. And, usually there are two of them back to back, but only 10 seconds each and only one tap to skip. Much faster and much less annoying than before.

Just wow. Can anyone explain why I’m not allowed to speak to my family members and friends in Las Vegas?

please update so you don’t have to wait on the reward trail to slowly go by. it takes between 6 and 10 minutes.

Love this game

I really don’t care for the chain games. It seems you put it there to stop us from finding as many bonus words. I used to complete all the daily challenges. Now I just complete puzzles until I hit one of those puzzles. Then it’s time for a different game.

This is 3 strikes. I am about to be out. 10/19/26 - PLEASE STOP THE FLYOVER PLANES AND POPUPS ABOUT HINTS USED. I don’t care and it’s right over the words I’m trying to find! This is so aggravating when trying to move fast. 3/25/26 - I absolutely love this game but what is up with all the made up “words” with no definitions?? Not to mention all the ads that you have to click through 3 or 4 different screens to get out of! 12/27/25 - please stop with the little fly-over plane telling you of players that solved games faster than you did… catsmeow finished this round in 32 seconds. It’s bad enough that you already tell the percentage you fall into … you beat 67% of the players. How do these make you sleep better? Ads alone aggravate me awake. All these annoying things but I still love the idea of this “game “ .

I like this game a lot, but the recent ads are offensive. They are about ladies bras, and the women are jiggling their chest in an unnecessary way. Please change your ad base back to other games or something less offensive. If that doesn't happen, I'm going to have to stop playing the game. I would like the option to pay a fee and avoid ads.

I really like the game I do. I’ve been playing it for a while now, but what are those coins doing up in the right hand corner? What are they good for?

Fine

I absolutely loved the game before the colors. The white letters on lime green are ALMOST as bad as Apple and the light gray on white paper No wonder everyone wears glasses. But even glasses don’t help with the colors. I just can’t play it as much. So maybe that’s a good thing. You obviously don’t need or want any more players. Good Bye.

I played this game daily and I love it however, the pop-ups are extremely annoying and unnecessary. Update: thank you for the response however, I’m referring to the extra word pop-ups that occur in the middle of a game.

No way to avoid them between levels or pay to get rid of them for a while. Three days & I’m out of here

Why did you cut the winning prize from 1000 points to 500? Not Going to be worth playing, I may play a few games to keep the mental practice in shape, but I probably won’t buy anything from any vendors and I certainly won’t play as constantly as I currently do and I won’t be buying anything from vendors, so you are gonna lose a lot of venue from me Fake players. Still a pet peeve!

❤️ this word game

This is my go to game. I have been playing for years. However, they are adding on unnecessary extras. For instance, the chain games are a nuisance and not the type of word game that I came to play. It should be an option or an extra game, not that one is needed. Also, sometimes there is a loud annoying voice that cannot be turned off. I have quit other word games for these very reasons. Sometimes when there is so much going on, it takes away from the original game.

Im enjoying it, but I downloaded it because their ad said it has no ads. My first day playing it and there’s ad after ad after ad.

Such a fun game! Also good for spelling!

Although I enjoy this game very much almost every time I make an in app purchase I am either double charged or additional charges are added. I’m hoping that this is an unintentional glitch but it has been going on for sometime!

this app uses AI now and the quality has decreased drastically.

This game is practically nothing but ads. Very annoying and time consuming. If you’re looking for health aids, health books, skin care, tai chi charts, etc, then this app is for you. You’ll have multiple ads to watch and multiple companies to choose from.

This was my go to game for a long time. The only game I would spend a lot of money on. Then a couple of days ago they changed their firework bonus so it only gives you the last letter of the word. So that's a huge waste for me. It was great. I don't know why they have to fix something that wasn't broken

The game is fun, but the ads that come with the free version are off the chart. Way way way too many ads

There's an ad every single time you complete a level. Absolutely not worth it. Would be a fun game if not for the ad frequency.

New update is terrible. The app is called "ZEN" word so what's with all these new loud flashy colors and animations? You claim the app is supposed to make you feel calm and more relaxed but you keep adding more and more pop-ups , banners and unnecessary stimuli. Also, stop allowing slur words in your levels!!! Someone should be monitoring that aspect much more closely. I have had to type out r***rd to pass a level more than once, even after contacting your customer service directly about the matter. I am over 8000 levels deep & master league. I've liked this game for a long time, but if you're gonna turn it in to another cash grab slop game, I'll just go read a freaking book instead.

Please remove teams. Security is a concern and people are sharing personally identifiable information in these “groups”. People play for a game, not a “community”. It’s fine except for being forced into a “team” I want no part of.

Loved the game but have stopped playing due to the incredible number of ads you have to watch to play. Too bad.

I play many games on my iPad but Zen Word is green games that makes me think all the time!

Love it

I loved this game it helps my brain for the spelling bee this gets a five star.

I enjoy the challenging word games. However, the constant ads between every game or every other game is annoying.

It helps a lot

This could be a wonderful, relaxing app. However it is ruined by the excessive, endless ads. Ads go on for several minutes and there is no way to go back to the game. Very frustrating.

Put me to unwind

Keeps the mind alert love love the game

The game itself is fun. The amount of ads are ridiculous. When I first started, the ads weren’t bad. Then it got to the point where almost every time I finished a level an ad came after. Deleted 2 days after installing.

Great games, but if I continue to see the same ads hammering me constantly, I will discontinue playing. Stop with bra ads as a daily repeated blast. Stop with cosmetic ads as a repeated item. If your developers can’t figure outhow to properly schedule these and still satisfy companies that advertise, then you ned new tech people.

Could be great, but every single time you find a word a banner splashes on the screen. Also random roaming banners across the screen has made this fun game very annoying. Why can’t we just play the game without all the stuff flashing on the screen? Terrible.

Easy to play. Keeps your mind busy.
