Why not both? I use an iPad. The built-in configuration for your games is north/south. On behalf of iPad puzzle people everywhere, perhaps you could offer both? I HATE playing puzzles vertically … and so I don’t use your site. (I am a senior early my 80’s)

Great puzzles, don’t like the fact you can’t get the entire puzzle when you start. Dividing into thirds is annoying. Not all “seniors” have difficulty with their eyesight.

It’s frustrating trying to figure out how to get past the ads so I can do the puzzles. It’s a total mystery to me therefore I would rate it very low.

Don’t bother with this app. This app doesn’t save your work if you’re interrupted by a phone call or anything else. You have to watch an ad to save your work. That’s enough for me to say bye.

The puzzles are fun and interesting

I’m very disappointed in the changes you have made since last summer. The big ads across the bottom makes the puzzle too small and hard to see. The interruptions for ads while working the puzzle are annoying. The way it used to be was so much better than it is now. I gave you a very generous rating because of the way it used to be. The changes are very disappointing!

The ad said no annoying ads so I got it and turns out it’s false! There are ads after every section you get done!. If a game says no annoying ads i think it shouldn’t have any ads but other than that it’s a good game it keeps my mind active!!

Very relaxing

First, I do like the jigsaw part of the app. The pictures are fun, colors are great, and the selection is amazing. But… While I understand ads, and do not mind them to start a new puzzle, it does drive me crazy that I have to watch an ad to end the puzzle. Also, if I leave the app for whatever reason, I have to watch another ad to reopen the puzzle. Same thing with the option to view the puzzle while working it. I’d really like to see these “extra” ads stopped, or have an option to purchase an ad free experience.

I gave this game a 2 because when I’m either in the middle of a puzzle or almost finished with a puzzle the App shuts off and I have to completely start it over its not in my works. I love this game and have been playing for a very long time it’s calming to me. Please fix this problem give an update.

I’m about to delete this game, giving it a second game for sure. I hate all the ads, and have downloaded 3 separate games saying they had no ads, only to find they did, and deleting them.

OK, I’m an idiot. I didn’t see the option in the settings where you can turn off the divided play. You may want to have some kind of. I don’t know more information about it when you first login cause I’ve been playing your game for a bit and I’ve never noticed it and maybe it’s been an update and I just haven’t. It since it went in OK so it’s a good game. I enjoy it. Play is pretty fluid. I think my one complaint is about ads I get you need to get paid. I don’t mind ads. The ads that I mind are the ones that don’t allow me to mute sound because then how do I use your app? If I’m in a meeting trying to keep myself focused how do I use your game in a quiet place? How do I use your app? If I’m listening to a audiobook all of these things impact my willingness to play an app game the other thing that is annoying besides the sound are they ads that take you out of the game like the Temu apps that you or the app service that you choose to use does repeatedly after the second time in any game that boots me out to Safari or to a web browser I’m done so you’re losing revenue because people get tired of going away. Wait a minute why am I not in the game any longer when I close it? I’ll just find another game that doesn’t do that

You advertised there were no ads. I played 1 and a half puzzles and what came up 2 ads backed to back. I will delete this puzzled just because you lied. I don’t like liars. Why can’t you be honest and say there are some ads. I don’t have time to watch all these ads. Your graphics are great but lying doesn’t get the job done. If I had the money I would take you to court for miss representing your self in your advertising. NO ADS Mean NO ADS!!!!!

My favorite wild animal is a raccoon. I think this way of putting a puzzle together is awesome. I had never had one like this. More raccoon puzzles would be great. Thanks so much for fixing this up.

After one puzzle there seems to be a real desperation to use that one star to ask more to at least try the game When this happens it is most disappointing because they seem desperate to hear others tell them they have a good jigsaw puzzle app
