Enjoyable puzzle app with a thoughtful UI. Two annoying problems: One, if I leave individual or partly assembled pieces not attached to the puzzle on the board when you leave the app, they tend to disappear. When I realize I’m missing something, I have to force quit the app and restart it, and then the missing pieces show up at the very edges of the frame where I can just barely get hold of them to drag them back onto the board. Two, the placement of the ads right below the tray of puzzle pieces is some shady stuff. I frequently touch them by accident when I’m trying to drag a piece from the tray, and end up opening ads I have no interest in. I know this placement is intentional, but it’s also a dark pattern and you should do better.

I really like putting together jigsaw puzzles whether they be boxed or video. The one big problem with this jigsaw game is that my playing in the competition part suddenly ended after my previous match for no reason at all. It really doesn’t matter if I am competing against (pretend) players or not, because I just like putting together the puzzles. I would like to know, though, about what happened to the competition. Great work on a lot of the puzzles! They are a lot of fun putting together! Keep up that part of the good work. Update edit: I want to thank support for correcting the dropping of me from the competition. How it happened in the first place, I don’t know. Once again…thank you for putting me back in against others. It is fun!

You took away my hint numbers-they’ve decreased. Please return or I will delete the app. That’s not right to lose what you earn.

I play a lot, but I wonder what do I use the coins for? I have over 5000 coins but why?

The ads are very annoying, can’t enjoy

I love the puzzles. They are colorful and interesting. I would play multiple times a day. It was also challenging. I say was because until today there was a competition component. That’s gone. Now it’s just another puzzle.

I’m enjoying this game but the ads between puzzles seem to take a long time to clear. Also if I haven’t started a puzzle while connected to WiFi then I can’t get a puzzle to work on while traveling.

You show picture but there never the ones in the intro I like those picture but i never see them to put together

Full of circular ads impossible to get out of. What a lost of time. I just deleted it.

When I first started playing this game, I really enjoyed it and there were very few ads. Now that I have been playing a while, the ads have become ridiculous. So, bye-bye Jigsawpad. Edit: I decided to hang on a little longer because I do like the puzzles and the ads seem to have diminished a little. Edit #2: deleted it again. The ads say “no annoying ads”, but you play online there are going to be ads. To me, that is false advertising. Update: I received an explanation from the developer that the “no annoying ads” means no pop up ads. The ads between puzzles pay for the game. Understandable.

Exhilarating!!

I much prefer a more realistic looking puzzle than one looks like it is a painted puzzle. It use have a more realistic looking puzzles.

I have done a lot of puzzle games but I find yours to be a lot more fun.

Great not having ads.

I love the puzzles, they are colorful. I dislike the ads, especially the ones that you have to clear the app to get out. There is one for program cleaning your computer…..says because of adult sex videos your system is locked. It only says that to sell the cleaner app. But it is disgusting. Get rid of it or I'll find a different puzzle app.

I got this game specifically because the advertisement said “no ads” My very first puzzle I was met with a very long and annoying ad. Nice job developers you can’t even get that right.

I really enjoy this app,but it would be nice if finished puzzles moved to the bottom or were archived when finished. Eventually, I feel like I’m scrolling forever to get to a puzzle I haven’t done.

Way too many ads in this ‘ad free’ game. Ads before starting a new puzzle, ads in the middle of solving the puzzle and ads after finish finishing the puzzle.

Love the puzzles. Trying to get to the puzzles is frustrating, the ads are annoying and can’t be closed, they apparently just keep going.

I need it to stop. I love this app but now I am going to have to delete it. There are terrible pop up ads before and after each puzzle and these ads fully fill the screen and there is no way to close them. I have had to fully shut down my iPad to get access to play one puzzle and with my screen filled with ads i am not able to do anything else like accessing the internet. The ads feel predatory and after seeing other reviews with the same issue, it is fairly obvious the app is aware of the problem and doesn’t care.

Half of the puzzles use generative ai and it is disgusting

I love doing jigsaw puzzles but at my age it puts a strain on my neck and shoulders. So far I’m loving this app I do on my ipad sitting comfortably in my recliner!

I can’t get out of website. I seem to be locked in. So very frustrating…never going to play this again .

I only downloaded this because the ad said no wi-fi!! Guess what? It doesn’t work without Wi-fi!!

Love spending quiet time in such an enjoyable format. Puzzles are works of art that are fun to work with. Just lovely! Bravo Jigsawpad!

Doable but not easy. Fun when the puzzle begins to take shape. The pictures are gorgeous. I felt a real sense of accomplishment.

What do you mean ‘no ads’? The repetitive ads ruin these beautiful puzzles and come on constantly - when I start a new puzzle or even stop playing for a few minutes. And you can’t easily get rid of them or wait them out. You can tap every little. ‘X’ that shows up and it still doesn’t return to the puzzle. Can I pay to get rid of them and get a truly ad-free puzzle?

I just downloaded Jigsawpad on my iPad and I love it. There are no ads so far works offline and I love solving the puzzles

I used to enjoy this game. Not anymore since they started running the arrows ads. These ads are waaaay too long. They stay on the screen forever with just a finger pointing at an arrow. No other action. This ad seems to be the preferred ad for this designer, it’s shown every time I try to play. I’m removing this game. Sorry folks, ads that last more than a minute and a half to 2 minutes is too long.

I love the puzzles and challenges, and usually don’t mind the ads. HOWEVER, lately every ad locks my system up no matter even when I watch to the end, which I willing do.

I enjoy this app. The pictures are beautiful and I like that you can change the difficulty level. The only thing I can complain about are the ads that open your browser and into their website.. You can’t get rid of them. They also freeze and you have to close the app wait a while before you can resume.

It used to generally a good app. Issue is now there are SOOO many AI photos. I just got one that’s a house with no front door and shingles that make no sense!,,

It seems you are not afraid of false advertising - hope Candy Crush is paying you enough to cover the fines for running out of date by 2 plus years Now the game is hijacked by spam ads mimicking the ‘app to get your info for a free drawing’. They are collecting your info! Please be more select on who you allow to put ads on your app. One star when it should be 5 stars! I really enjoy this app, but FOX & GOOGLE lock up app holding and rerunning the ads for 5-7 minutes! That is not relaxing but extremely aggravating. Walela

I do enjoy the puzzles when I can get to them. I understand the need for ads, but in the last month the ads will not ever end. It just sits there. Sometimes I can close the app and come back and go on, but often you cannot get the ad to ever end.

The add states no annoying adds,well for something that states no annoying adds there sure are allot of them

While working on a puzzle this app withheld pieces unless you PAY ! Not happening!!

I am getting the same puzzle I have worked 3 times, at 89%, even though I have done them 100%, all 3 times, same puzzle keep popping up saying I like 89% on it, I finish it again and again and it pops up again.
