Your game sucks you completely rig it where nobody can win a round without watching a bunch of commercial commercials, most people make it words more competitive and less commercial interruption because you break the game the pieces that you need hidden behind something in order to have to turn around in either pay to play or watch commercial commercials again your game sucks

Same device but no one on any directions said do not reinstall!!! Disappointed and would never use another game by takeover. Too risky and worked on tis for months and lost in a flash!! DON’T use!!! Diamond level gone in a second!!

I have really enjoyed this game and it’s easy for me to get hooked into playing it. The puzzles have different variations, giving it more diversity, and I like how there is layers of tiles, giving it more difficulty. Overall pretty good game if you like puzzles that involve matching.

This is a fun game and I enjoy it very much. I paid for “no ads” and I don’t do that often. I wish it was really no ads. I spend more time with ads than I do the game. Time to give it up. So this company got my money and I got ads removed between each level. There are so many more ads and longer during the game play. Happens way too often. I would have paid double to have all ads throughout the entire game play. Why isn’t that an option?

After playing for a few months i was almost to level 500 where I would have received over 1000 points from Fetch. Thanks to your update, I have lost this opportunity. I have emailed as well as put in another review which never showed up and have heard NOTHING in response. I guess I am DONE with all Oakever games. Very disappointing!

Ever since I paid for as free my games have been getting ads that will not close and there is no way I can get back into the game. I have reported them several time to no avail. I would like either a return of my money or fix the ads so I can play the game again.

Really helps with my anxiety

3 months and all my work disappeared. No one responds and I had over 3000 games and diamond level. Tried chatting and no one responded. I am not starting over. No assistance and I spend good money. Don’t risk losing it all. Use a reliable company!!!

I play everyday and find this game a great way to chill. It’s challenging enough to keep my brain sharp. Why was my app reset to level 1??? Thank you for clearing up my app reset. I also paid for no ads on Dec 25, 2025 which apparently was lost also! I play this to relax but lately it only frustrates me. So, I paid for no ads once, then after over 1000 levels somehow the app reset me back to level one. But there is no way to restore my previous purchase. I have to decide whether I should cancel or suffer through ads. The decision is an easy one for me!!! I’ll give my money to another app!!!

I played to level 400. Got tired of not being able to make it past a level without the need to watch more ads just for hints.

the game is fun and I haven't found any alternatives that look as nice, but this game heats up my iPhone 14 pro and drains the battery fast compared to other games that are much more demanding. I wonder if buying the ad removal would fix it but I don't want to waste money to find out.

I play daily, but lose the Christmas themed tiles already!!! It’s now freaking April!!

Amazingly satisfying

I purchased the no ads option to this game. My phone froze and it was no longer available. I was charged the fee immediately. I tried for days to get the issue fixed. They never responded.

I made it successfully to level 500. There was an update on the app and then once it updated it reset to level one. Now, all of my progress has been lost. Very unhappy with this. Try contacting somebody but no use.

I downloaded to get points on Fetch and was at level 700+ trying to get to 1,000 for more points with Fetch. The update put me back at level 1 and there was another update today that still didn’t restore my levels. I also had just purchased a package and lost my coins and upgrades.

The only thing I don’t care for is having to read all the adds every time you want to get more coins, I lose patience and shut it off after a while. Besides that it can be addictive.

I’ve been playing this game for a couple of months through the fetch app. I am awarded points as I reach higher levels. The next level to reach is 1,000 with over 11,000 reward points. I was at level 918 when the game requested an update. I followed the update and when complete I was put back to level 1. I tried the support option and started a chat. I was told an agent would be with me asap. I waited over 20 minutes with no response. Fetch cannot award my points unless I am put back to the level I passed prior to the update. Very frustrating! If not for this I would have rated the game a 5 star.

Your damn update sent my game back to level 1 after playing for 36 days 😡😡😡 TYSM for restoring my game 👏🏼 I thought all was lost, new star rating reflects it 👍🏼

I almost got to level 1000 but magically I was sent back to level 1 and lost all my history, seems intentional as you get a significant amount of Fetch points at 1000. I would just find another game and don’t waste your time and energy on this game.

I enjoy the game but not the 5 or more ads that come with each game. You can pay for ad free but why when there are plenty of other games without ads

I had downloaded this game from fetch and was just about to hit level 500 for my next points. When I updated the app it brought me to level one! It erased everything I’ve done for weeks. What the hell?!

I have been playing this game for a couple of weeks and was at level 648. I opened the app to play today and the app did an update and erased everything and took me back to level 1. I had tokens that I have purchased lost, tournaments I am playing. The chat in the app is a joke….i was told and agent would be with me shortly….i was ghosted….waited over an hour and nothing. So disappointed.
