I used to enjoy this relaxing game. Then they added a timer, I don’t find it relaxing when I feel rushed.

No new daily puzzles

I canceled my subscription because I was paying for no ads and still getting ads. When I canceled, my subscription would endOn March 18,2027 so I should not get any ads until the subscription ends. Also, I have this app on my iPhone and when I pay for the subscription,It does not include no ads on my iPhone. What Gives?

I like this game & want to continue playing it. I do have one issue and that is why are there just a few pics of people of color? I have done maybe 25 of people of color but there are hundreds of other pics. Please add more of us & thank you.

I love playing this game but I just purchased a month subscription. I’m not seeing my subscription my game isn’t even giving me new photos since end of February.

This was fun when it had daily puzzles . Being a senior knowing what letters to look for was challenging enough. It’s to hard to find letters that you don’t know what to look for. I loved this game, the pictures are beautiful but without the daily puzzles I’ll just have to say goodbye.

This game was fun to play when I first got it. It was not timed. Suddenly without notice it was timed. I reached out and got no reply. Then there was a daily challenge for months then suddenly they stopped. No warning no explanation. I have emailed “Contact us” several times and have not gotten a reply. Customer service is very poor!

I have not gotten any new puzzles since the new update!

I used to enjoy the daily puzzles and now they are discontinued. And they’ve added a timer. Not nearly as much fun anymore. Don’t waste your time. I will be deleting it…

I love this game so much that I completed every coloring page and then I deleted the app. I turned around and reinstalled it and started over. However, I can’t get my daily bonus pages anymore to color. I sure do miss them. Can anybody help me out here? Thank you, Hidden Letters team. ♥️

Start adding more pictures daily like you say in the game, and you’ll definitely get 5 stars!!!

I had this coloring game for a while and enjoyed playing it. It was relaxing and I loved the artwork puzzles. Unfortunately, the timer has ruined it for me. Having to pay to keep playing when you don’t have enough free coins. It wasn’t about speed for me. It was about enjoyment and relaxation. Using the timer should be an option. Not forced on you. For me, this is as far as I can go. Fun while it lasted.

I’m not getting the daily puzzles. It’s been a few days since they showed up

Loved this app at first but now it is now having glitches, can’t get daily puzzles, stuck on 2/25/2026, doesn’t hide completed puzzles.

I use to love this game. So relaxing and fun and loved all the messages. But now it’s timed and not as relaxing, can’t even enjoy the picture as you are too busy racing against the clock! So disappointed. This was always my go to game. Too stressful now, eliminating stress was the reason for playing!!, Please at least give an option if you want to use the timer or just relax and play at your own pace.

I love this game but lately the ads come up and they seem to freeze on the screen. The only way to get out of the ad is to exit and restart the game. But every time I restart, I lose the progress on that puzzle and have to start over. Can't seem to get through a level.

It may be just me but I haven’t finished a single picture without help lol ! It’s so hard for me to find some of the letters . But the pictures are so pretty and I love the messages . I wish the timer was optional .

This used to be a fun ‘go to’ at the end of a busy day. Why ruin a great relaxing app by adding a timer. It is no longer fun to find the letters.

I can’t figure out how you get points to allow you to get a letter that you can’t find. And the time limit goes by so fast.

This game is so satisfying to watch the black and white lines transform into gorgeous colors is so fun. My only wish is that most of the pictures are a little too cutesy for me. But that’s my only complaint

Sorry to see the addition of timing. My grandkids and I used to spend tome looking for letters teaching the focus and letters. Not anymore. They get upset when they time out.

Loved playing this game especially with my five year old grand baby and learning our letters but now it has a timer it’s no longer fun and my baby feels she can’t accomplish the coloring or finding the letters very sad and very frustrating

This game is a joke. It used to not have a time but now it does. Doesn’t give you near enough time to finish the puzzle and wants you to BUY extra time. Deleting!!!

Love this game until you put in a timer

This was a great game. Now there is ever enough time to complete them, and for extra time you have to watch an ad every 30 seconds, many of which are over a minute long. You don’t even have time to find anything before you have to watch another ad. It’s ridiculous!

When I first downloaded this game, I had so much fun playing it. It was relaxing and here lately There’s a timer it’s hurry hurry hurry hurry how do I get rid of the timer? I don’t like it. I guess I’m just gonna have to stop playing. I did give it a four because I did like it.

I really enjoyed the relaxing aspect of this game. Not anymore with all the changes. I plan to delete this app as I don’t need or want more pressure in life when I play a game to relax and unwind.

I'm not pleased with the new "clock" addition. There should be an option to either use it or not. I can't control when a patient needs me and then something I've earned (lives) is then an excuse to make an ad appear to use what I already had. I used to love this game but I'm done with the pettyness.

Was one of my favorite relax games. Then along comes the timer, who wants a timer if you are playing to relax? I deleted, hopefully the timer will go away and I will come back.

I downloaded this months ago. It was a nice, relaxing game, no pressure. I hadn’t played in a while, opened it this morning, and found that you have added a timer, with NO option to play without the timer. The game is now ruined, I am deleting immediately. It is now a completely useless game. If some people wanted a time limit, fine - but make it optional. I play games to relax, not to rush. Too bad you didn’t think this through. Disappointing, I won’t be back. I am sure there are similar games whose developers have better sense.

This app was the first thing I opened on my iPad to relax after work. I loved the uniqueness of finding the letters and uncovering a beautiful picture but now it’s just as stressful as a job with the timer and lives. Please change it back or at least give the option for timed and not timed play.

having to find the letters with a timer is ridiculous- after the time is up you need to pay coins to extend the timer which means you need to buy coins also ridiculous. I cancelled my subscription as the subscription is also pricey. It was enjoyable but now very disappointed

Relaxing in the beginning. I liked doing it before bed when there is no timer. Now with a timer it’s more stressful and I get enough of that with work and family. I give it 3 stars cause now it is just ok.

When I started playing this app you were not timed. I liked that as it was nice and relaxing. I have enough stress in my life and you’ve just added to it. Thanks a lot for that!!

This game is therapeutic honestly, but I have a problem with the music it cuts OFF and the ads are ridiculous that’s why I only gave it 3 stars

Used to be an enjoyable and relaxing game. Now I have to rush to find things whereas before I could really take my time to look at the scenes. Not happy about it.

I used to really like this game until it updated and added a timer to finding the letters. I like to take my time and find as many letters as I can without enlarging the pictures. If I could turn off the timer I would continue to play, but as it is, I will probably just delete the app.

My daughter and I loved to play this to unwind but now there is a timer and you are rushed. It is hard to unwind when you have to worry about running out of time

Description says play leisurely without any time constraints. However, after last update I have time constraints and cannot turn it off. False advertising. Was a lot of fun, but as senior citizen with failing eyesight, I cannot complete all puzzles in limited time we are now saddled with. Sadly, another fine app ruined for seniors that I will be uninstalling. Why do you say play “RELAXING MODE” without time constraints; but I now have a timer I cannot turn off.

I used this app as a stress reliever but since you added the timer it makes it more stressful. Please take the timer out.
