I really like this game, I enjoyed playing it and twice I’ve gotten to level 995 and the game just stops. It doesn’t move on from the card screen once you clear it. At one point, I deleted the game and started over. I bought the no ad package, which was its own headache and didn’t work. After building my coins, redo arrows, etc back up, I’m at level 995 again. It’s only been 6 weeks. It’s frozen again. Now support tells me, after all that, that level 995 is the last level. Really? For players who routinely play, you get about 6 weeks of fun.

I love this game. I’m on level 995. Help! The game froze. How do I recover without losing my score.

I love the game but it stopped working when I got to level 995. The screen is frozen and won’t load any cards. And I have the paid version.

Love this game!

I was really enjoying this game, but then when I passed Level 200, it suddenly started showing me ads after EVERY SINGLE MOVE. It suddenly went from being a really fun game to one of the most frustrating experiences imaginable. I’m deleting this terrible app right now. The creators should really be ashamed.

I enjoy the game, but regularly don’t receive the ad rewards. This is very frustrating since the ads are much longer than other games I play.

Game stops at level 995. I have reached that level TWICE- the game freezes up and stops playing. The last freeze up I lost over 85,000 coins. I enjoy the game, but probably will never try it again.

I really love this game! I can’t get the app to go to next level. At level 995, I got all cards loaded and match and nothing works. Can’t hit settings for a restart. Can’t use back arrow to get to the “home page”. Nothing works! Help!

Once it freezes you can’t get help to unfreeze and if you delte it. It makes you start from the beginning again. It’s frozen right now on my game and I am in the 500+ levels. I’m not starting over again. If I can’t get into it, I will delete it. Are you ever gonna fix your game. Going on 3 days of it being froze. If not, I am gonna delete it cause Im not starting over again. I’m up into level 900’s. If I delete the app and go back in it will make mestart over, NOPE!

Love this game but notice it will get glitchy and then freeze game and sometimes freezes my phone

It’s difficult to enjoy the game because ads pop up in the middle of the game. Also, the game is too much into demons. I deleted it.

I enjoy this game, but it would be awesome if it didn’t give you a message every time you made a wrong move.

I liked playing this game so much that I bought it to avoid ads. I was enjoying it until I reached level 995. Now the game won’t let me progress past this level. What am I to do now? I’m not starting over and buying it again!

I would have rated this game 5 stars as I really like the game but customer service is awful. Something happened to my game and it is stuck on a level and I cannot advance to the next level. I contacted customer service and as of 4 days later I am still waiting on a response and help with my issue. It should not take this long to get a reply with a technical issue!

I will not play a game where the answer is that God is a myth.

This game is so addictive and challenging.

I love this game but it suddenly froze and I can’t get off that page. Sent request to customer service but haven’t heard from them. If I delete the game I lose all of my progress. This isn’t the first time but the other times I was able to exit the screen and advance to next level.

I actually really like this game. But I’ve noticed that if I run out of moves or need a power up, I don’t get the reward for watching the ad. It’s happened multiple times where I sat through an ad, didn’t skip it or anything and I didn’t get the reward. I had to watch an ad a second time to get the reward. I just hope it’s a glitch and it’s not the company trying to make more money showing more ads and making it so you have to watch an ad twice on purpose

I first started noticing that the reward would come only after watching two ads instead of just one ....and I frequently noticed it would say "double" but it didn't double..... then finally it stopped giving rewards no matter how many ads I watched.

I love this game but it is very hard to stop the lengthy ads. I hope they can offer an upgrade to avoid the ads.

Purchased the no ad pack back in February. The game got stuck on level 937. (I passed the level) I contacted the customer service team. What a joke and wasted of time. They keep telling me to uninstall and reinstall the app. This has been going on for a month. The only thing that happened was I lost coins and no the no ad pack that I paid for. They asked me to send them a receipt that I paid for the no ad pack. I sent the receipt from Apple and they still insisted on checking with their accounting team. Today is Monday, April 13th and they still haven’t fixed my account. I’ve contacted Apple for a refund and deleted the app. Customer service was very condescending and unhelpful. How the heck you create a a game and cannot fix the problem. Buy at your own risk. Because they will not solve your issue. Which is their job. If I could I would have not given a star.

if i pay for it to be ad free, it should be ad free 100% of the time! instead, if you keep the app open in the background and return to it later, it's playing an ad!!! fix this or refund my money!

I absolutely love this game! I’ve only been playing about 1 month and I’m already on level 606! It’s addicting. It is relaxing. It’s not timed so I don’t feel rushed. The cards count down and if you can’t match all the cards before the count runs out, you have to try again which makes it a challenge. There are so many “Solitaire Word” games but this one is the best, in my opinion!!!

Having to click the cars to go through the game can be a bit tedious. But so far has been worth it, but the last game was over & had 121 cards to flip in a 3draw game. Thumbs getting a lil tired. Oh and it’s because Super Hard IS Super Hard!!! Thanks, still a great game. Now back to my game. Ok, I had to come back and correct something. I discovered gamers can reset the game by clicking on the settings while playing the game. But there seems to be more adds.

This game is fun when it works right. The icons don’t change from the last game all the time. When I see the bananas I know the icon they want is rarely bananas. Further, I’m currently stuck on a game that I finished and it won’t move in.

Advertised in landscape but only can play in portrait; makes a big difference on iPad

The fact that I'm limited in one day as to how many Ads I'll watch to get more turns is an immediate uninstall. Very disappointed in this game.

Why would you lie in your advertising and say no ads? Doesn’t matter if they “aren’t that bad” or “there aren’t that many.” No ads means no ads.

This game allows you to continue playing after you run out of moves by watching ads. It says 8/9 Ads to watch and you get to play-on but it does not accept that you watched the ad and keeps making you watch more Ads. That is very irratating, they get paid everytime we watch an Ad and it feels like a SCAM! The game is ok not the greatest.

I really like this game, but as you go through it, you get more and more tangled up and ads. You can’t get out of them, and they’re very long. Every move you make almost you have to watch an ad. I was so frustrated with the ads that I finally just deleted the app.

Has lived up to no ads yay

I’ve really enjoyed playing this game - but it’s a little buggy. Watching an ad frequently does not result in the promised reward, which is frustrating. I also paid for the add free version but it still forces ads in the middle of game play if I pause too long. And the ads are really long with no option to close after 30 seconds or so. It’s also worth noting that this is British English, which can prove a little more challenging in terms of slang if you are American, but definitely not a deal breaker. All in all, I find myself frustrated with the game for all the wrong reasons and I’m uninstalling it. I’m disappointed because I really like it, but the frustration isn’t worth my precious free time.

Please go back to having the deck at the top! This new view makes it impossible to see more than 2 cards in a stack so I have no idea if I’ve completed the category or how many cards are still unturned below the stacks. Loved this game but cannot play in this view. Please, please go back! Was 5 STARS in the old view.

I paid to remove ads but have to see ads to progress anywhere. I watch videos to get more moves but I don’t get the moves I should have been awarded. I really enjoyed this game but feel it’s. Allowing game.

Love this game but… Too many languages other than English. I have to stop & google the words. Can’t you make each language their own versions?

Fun relaxing game keeps the mind going

The game is good but there are too many ads that are way too long. It ruins the experience.

Had three possible viruses from this game that my phone had to do a backup reset to protect it

Having to sit through THREE ads to use one of the free 10 moves when you get to a certain level is waaay too much.
