the colouring app I was using had an ad for this app. i spent ages trying to get rid of it only to find it had installed itself on my phone. uninstalling.

开发者回复

We understand why this would feel concerning, and we’re sorry for the experience. Our app does not install itself on a device without user action. We’ll also review the way our ads are being presented and investigate reports like this carefully to make sure the experience is appropriate and clear.

I love your app every time I color a picture is a lot of trouble it goes to a whole bunch of advertisements and I can't get to the actual app itself

开发者回复

We’re glad you enjoy the app, and we’re sorry ads are making it difficult to return to coloring. Some interactive ads may take a few steps before the close option appears, but we’ll also check whether a technical issue is involved. Thank you for letting us know.

LIARS!!! Not a SINGLE picture in your ad is in your app. Why the Sam Hill all these apps advertise pictures they don't have is beyond me. They ought to know that a lot of people install the apps for the advertised pictures and give the apps low ratings and even uninstall them when the pictures aren't there.

开发者回复

We’re sorry you haven’t found the pictures you expected. We understand that the artwork shown before downloading can be an important reason someone chooses to try the app. We’re continually adding new images and themes, and similar content may appear in future updates. Thank you for sharing your feedback so clearly.

8/17 No ad available for removing your watermark ROYALLY sucks, especially when you run other ads that don't offer any hints and serve no purpose other than to royally pissing me off because there's no way of ending them, other than restarting my phone, because there's never any "X." 18 Still having problems with watermark removal, either no ads available or a triple ad with no way of getting past the first ad and having to restart my phone, which I had to do SIX times yesterday. 19 Uninstalled

开发者回复

We’re truly sorry for the trouble you experienced with watermark removal and ads getting stuck without a close button. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we appreciate you sharing these details. We’ll continue working to improve the experience and reduce these issues.

Beautiful pictures but the ads are obnoxious, long and frequent. It's bad enough I am forced to engage with one between EVERY picture but they also pop up in the middle of coloring. Go away. Uninstalled.
