I am extremely disappointed. I will be removing the app. I've been playing this app for several years and have loved it. now however I am being forced to watch ads even though I have an active subscription. I also see no way to contact support. I have tried restore several times. it says successful but then shows ads anyway. Fix this please. 开发者回复 We’re very sorry you reached out by email and still haven’t received a response. We understand how disappointing that is, especially after following the steps we provided. We’ve noted that your active subscription is still showing ads despite Restore succeeding, and we’ll make sure this issue is followed up carefully. Thank you for your patience.

I have reached out thru e-mail. Hoping it gets fixed. The app even says I'm already a vip member and won't let me repurchase. Not that I am going to do that. Was just curious. Paid for a year subscription. starting getting ads after 4 months. Uninstalled then reinstalled and lost all my artwork. We'll see if support will fix it. 开发者回复 We’re very sorry this is still unresolved after you tried the available steps. Since you’ve already emailed us, please allow a little time for the case to be reviewed—we’ll take the VIP issue seriously and follow up. If your order number wasn’t included in the email, adding it to the same thread would help us verify the purchase.

UPDATE, Although the reply below gives the impression you are there to to help. it is useless when the an email sent is completely ignored. I am extremely disappointed. I will be removing the app. I've been playing this app for several years and have loved it. now however I am being forced to watch ads even though I have an active subscription. I also see no way to contact support. I have tried restore several times. it says successful but then shows ads anyway. Fix this please.

开发者回复

We’re very sorry you reached out by email and still haven’t received a response. We understand how disappointing that is, especially after following the steps we provided. We’ve noted that your active subscription is still showing ads despite Restore succeeding, and we’ll make sure this issue is followed up carefully. Thank you for your patience.

EDIT: I tried all of the things.

开发者回复

We’re very sorry this is still unresolved after you tried the available steps. Since you’ve already emailed us, please allow a little time for the case to be reviewed—we’ll take the VIP issue seriously and follow up. If your order number wasn’t included in the email, adding it to the same thread would help us verify the purchase.

I've never had an issue with this app until yesterday and up until yesterday I've really enjoyed it. But I made a payment for VIP access where I do not have ads, but I still have Ads i have emailed them twice and have not heard back...I am NOT happy i feel like I have been ripped off... UPDATE 9/14/26 I unsubscribed am deleting this app....I have paid for service the last year and never had any issues, they still have not emailed me back. I still have the ads and pictures locked

开发者回复

We’re very sorry for the confusion. The ads you’re seeing may be optional reward ads for hints rather than regular ads. We’ve also noted that you already emailed us—responses may take a little time, so thank you for your patience. We’ll review your VIP purchase and follow up as soon as possible.

The pop sign to choose color is annoying, it cover the colors and doesn't give you time to finish last area to color and it pop again, also stay on to long , and you have to wait at time for it to turn off or move the frame to fill in the areas.
