I liked the pics in Zen and the no ads in Paintly. When they combined I was excited until I started playing it. The ads are horrible! Worse than before. You can't do anything without watching an ad. The images provided are great, but this is not good old fashioned "paint" by number to me. Selecting the color blue, for example, will deliver highlights and tints in various blues. I prefer selecting and applying each shade of the color separately to discover the surprise and complexity of highlights and tints achieved by the artist.

this app has a lot of great pictures. I am finding a lot of ones that are my favorite types. I am giving it 2 stars because the ads are infuriating especially the pinterest ones. OMG if you want a hint they pop up about 5 times before you get back to the picture.

I assume this is replacing zen color. I don't like this layout at all. Whenever I try to search by category, it just jumps to the special categories and 'all' only shows new additions. I miss the original. Won't be using this one. edit to add: Gave it 1 last shot. Crazy number of ads. Uninstalling.

I have had both of these apps before they merged. I liked the pics in Zen and the no ads in Paintly. When they combined I was excited until I started playing it. The ads are horrible! Worse than before. You can't do anything without watching an ad. And the ads are sooooo long. I wouldn't mind so much if they were short but I spend more time watching ads than playing!
