nice jigsaws, but some complaints that need fixing, please. I love this app and doing the jigsaws but I really wish I could lock the jigsaws to the background. the reason for this is because it keeps moving everytime I touch the screen and this is really frustrating, I have had other jigsaws apps which allow you to be able to lock the jigsaw to the screen at whichever size you want..please can you do the same..I will raise my score to 5 stars if you can do this thankyou

I want to know how to turn off the sound that every time you make a move it makes that sound. Updated phone & now it does this. Before there was a way to turn it off. Annoying! also the daily puzzle no longer works. otherwise I like the app.

Love this app but am disappointed that there has been no new daily puzzles for over a year. Please sort this as it's the only thing letting the app down and my score would have been 5 stars if not for this issue

Updated 3/30/25. I'm uninstalling. The ads are too difficult to close and before you're able to touch the microscopic magic circle to close the ad, it opens the play store. Nice puzzles, but freezes too often. Trying to move a piece from the tray/drawer into the puzzle frame is frustrating because the pieces frequently refuse to move.

I love puzzles and these are great. Problem is Huge though. Shortly after downloading, this app stopped puzzles. No new puzzles, no daily puzzles. i can play any old ones that were there before May 5th.

I absolutely love this app!! I have been playing it for years!! It's very relaxing, a good killer and it saves your progress on every puzzle you start. I purchased this game a couple of years ago. I changed phones once and it uploaded with all of my history but change phones recently and none of my history saved. I have looked through all the help articles and cannot figure out how to get my history back with all of the puzzles that I have completed and I have emailed the company and ask them for assistance but have not received a response from them.

I love this puzzle game, but I can’t go higher for several reasons. 1. The daily puzzle we get for each day of the month has NOT been updated since May 4th. 2. Like another player mentioned, the new puzzles we get each day in the library haven't been updated for over a week. I thought this was all me and uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, losing all my gems and puzzles I had completed. You need a way to sync so this doesn't happen.

The best puzzle game I've found, hardly any ads! Such a refreshing change! UPDATE It looks like the puzzle game has just been left and not looked after now, the daily puzzles haven't been updated since May. So maybe time to look for another puzzle game. Such a shame.
