They won't restore my Returning User no-ads purchase!! Their Help Center only has a "cancel subscription" option and no "restore". I have contacted them, even emailed them, sent them the payment proof screenshot and everything - but they're straight-up ignoring me!! Not a single acknowledgement or at least a response, just completely ignoring me!! I'm not paying for no ads again, they're trying to get more money out of me!

False advertising!
内容
1. I only downloaded it because it said it has no ads which turned out not to be true! It has so many and they’re too long!
2. I got to level 22 and so far it’s the same rectangular shape!! Where are the other shapes and colors you were advertising?
Feels like a scam!

Ads after every level. I get that ads help to keep the game free and I don't mind seeing some, BUT the same ad over and over after every level is excessive. Sadly deleting the game even though I enjoy playing it because I spend more time on ads than the game. Ironic that the ads are for "No ad" games while this one could only have more ads if they stopped you mid-puzzle to show them.

I've given this app a fair amount of my time and I can honestly say it's pretty awful. The pictures are plentiful but they aren't good quality. The ads are over the top excessive, and the colors you're given are drab and pukey. Also many of the places to fill in are so small and difficult to see in a ridiculous amount of the pictures it's like they are trying to be difficult rather than relaxing. Adding all that to an influx of bad AI "art", leaves me feeling like I've wasted my time.

Really fun game but the ads are excessive. After each level (a minute or two of play time) there's a long ad that forces you to open the play store which makes it impossible to feel as "calm and cozy" as the app constantly suggests. I wish there was an ad-free option, I'd actually be willing to make a one-time purchase.
