Purchased the no ad pack back in February. The game got stuck on level 937. (I passed the level) I contacted the customer service team. What a joke and wasted of time. They keep telling me to uninstall and reinstall the app. This has been going on for a month. The only thing that happened was I lost coins and no the no ad pack that I paid for. They asked me to send them a receipt that I paid for the no ad pack. I sent the receipt from Apple and they still insisted on checking with their accounting team. Today is Monday, April 13th and they still haven’t fixed my account. I’ve contacted Apple for a refund and deleted the app. Customer service was very condescending and unhelpful. How the heck you create a a game and cannot fix the problem. Buy at your own risk. Because they will not solve your issue. Which is their job. If I could I would have not given a star.

Enjoy puzzles. Love little insights prior to puzzle. Hate they go so quickly you can't read whole thing.

I've played more than a few casual games and this one has the least playing time per ad. It's 20, 30 seconds of puzzle then 50 seconds of ad. And the ads are the worst I've seen: weight loss scams, animated kids getting harmed, AI slop. My hack is to close the app and reopen it after every puzzle.

this game is now so full of adds, I can't even start a puzzle. and you can not get out of the add, everytime you start the game again then there's an add before even placing one piece....... 😫

relaxing, I just wish I know how to keep my progress. I play on my phone and on my tablet. but the picture I f do I ma y phone is not completed on the tablet. how can I make it the same.

First off, you get stuck on a level with impossible completion, also advert is false advertising, uninstallling with immediate effect

the game was fun but than you start getting cheated when you almost at the 1st place line they don't give you all your sovernier and make you play 10 extra games just to be #1 and two much freaking ads that makes you keep going to Google Play store. they make you go to the play store even if you don't want to or you can't return and play again. that sucks

Great implementation of Sudoku, best app out there. 2 off things The ads are too long and try to trick with fake close icons. Somehow the app used up 20% of my battery in a day without me opening it, need to look into what it's doing in the background.

I really like this game but there a a few bugs, anytime I play this game my phone overheats but as soon as I turn the game off my phone is fine, ads after ads and after every picture, then has a constant error sign after reopening the app after a few minutes.

let me go back to the block game . I hate that your trying.to get me to download other games that I don't like .I don't want to download other games stop pushing the other games.
