Too many never-ending ads. There's a 2-hint-per-ad thing that flashes on the screen every few minutes which is annoying. Couldn't finish the first puzzle attempted (400 pieces) because of the distractions. The pictures looked great, but between the non-canceling ads and the hint balloon, it's not worth playing. Uninstalled.

Customer/technical support is AWFUL. After paying for no ads, they will NOT help you retrieve your lost account. You need to be able to see into the future & move your account to the new phone BEFORE something bad happens to your current phone. Contact through the help chat is ridiculous. After 3 days, you type "something else" as it's the only option- CRICKETS. I really enjoyed the game, which is why I paid to remove ads. Unfortunately, they do not care about you once they get your $.

I hate when you get an ad before you are able to open the app for the first time. I'm ok with ads. I grew up on free ad driven Tv. When you download this app, open it and get two ads before you get to the home page/screen for the first time, it gets automatically deleted.

I like the game but it never seems to have the same boards as the ads. The words are always the same and there’s no real challenge after a while. I would start playing again if I could choose the level of difficulty. Or if the boards actually matched the ads.

I found this game and it started off great. But pretty soon after I started playing I noticed a trend. almost all the puzzles are AI generated slop. this isn't a problem for me because I have terrible taste and love art that looks terrible and I especially hate it when artists are paid fairly for their work. so this game is perfect for me bit if you're someone who enjoys looking at artwork that might have an ounce of creativity in it I can't recommend this game.
