I have been on this app for about two years Love it .but recently the ads won’t go away ,I usually color about six pictures a day .Not any more .I have a hard time getting through one .The Arrows game pops up and won’t go away.

I’m getting pop ups saying I have a Trojan virus???? Why do yall give viruses???? Please stop this!- update months later- you cannot color due to pop ups every 2 seconds. I wanted to pay for this but can’t because it never runs smoothly

The adds are annoying. I would rather pay for the app to stop ads

I’ve been a paid player for a few years and all of the sudden I’m seeing ads I can not close. It’s maddening! I have emailed to find out what happened. I’ve also checked my subscriptions in my phone and it’s still there. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!! I’ll fix my review as soon and you fix it!

I’ve been using Tap Pro Premium for over a year now before that I had regular Tap Pro. But you’ve changed so much since I began using the Premium version that I’m canceling my subscription. I loved doing all the different painting videos but you don’t offer any of the really neat videos anymore. For example: I haven’t seen any cars or trucks or carriages that move. Those would leave the screen on the one side of my phone and come back around and come back into view on the opposite side of my phone. I really enjoyed those painting videos and I’m sure I’ll be checking in to see what you’re offering in the future but Tap Pro Premium will no longer be my go to app.

Now you’ve made it with ADS? I have to spend tickets to skip the ads! I don’t even know where the tickets come from! This used to be the most fabulous, unique app ever. You are now making it like all the rest.

i've contacted twice about the fact that my subscription has failed since the latest ios update but have received no emails nor does restoring my purchases work. the picture variety hasn't been as good for a while but i still use the app fairly often. this is extremely frustrating and i wish it would get resolved.

I love this app but I pay to remove the ads and now I am getting all the ads and it’s really frustrating. I can’t access support at all. Please fix this. My sub is active.

Constant issues. I’ve used this app for more than 3 years Toto and paid 10 a month of my hard earned money for premium. It’s valid, paid for and up to date until June 13th because I just deleted the app and canceled it because they took all of my premium benefits for NO reason whatsoever and you get no timely response from customer service. Don’t waste your money for sure. I’ll be finding a better one that don’t screw up all the time and answers when you are getting screwed out of your money which I don’t take lightly

Love this app but not the adds since I pay $49.99 a year for pro premium. Something should be compensated back to people who are paying for premium and still have ads.

i have had tapcolor pro for years now i have non stop ads at the bottom. then i'm bombarded by full page ads. you cant get out of it

I renewed on 9 April, 2026, for another year because I liked the app so much. But after I renewed I no longer have the Premium plan for some reason all of a sudden I have adds every time I try to color a picture. I no longer have unlimited hints. Now I don’t enjoy the app like I used to.

This WAS my favorite app but after weeks of issues and one update I am still continuing to have issues. I cannot use the app for more than 2-3 minutes before it closes out and loses progress. This is beyond frustrating. I’ve written emails to the developer, I’ve continued to pay my subscription and this is my third review. Please please please FIX the issues.

I’ve also been subscribed to the pro version for several years, all of a sudden I start getting ads, I have reached out to support VIA the app help contact us section, i kept getting a response saying to contact us via the Aps contact us section…I AM, they say they will help resolve the issues…I’m here to tell you they’ve done nothing, so when support states under this review to reach out to them they are not being honest

Please help! Bought a new iPad and lost my Premium payment of $49 and not able to restore it in your settings across two iPads. I love your App, no ads! I, still having problems with the ads appearing on two of my iPads! I’ve reached out to the developers again twice and no response!! They got one working but not the others. Please help.

I used to love this game. But now it’s plays ads within ads! Each ad is 2 minutes long at the minimum. The ads are ruining a once great game.

I have been a subscriber for like 3 years now. There is no other app that has the small details like this one. There are simple arts available but most are challenging and time consuming and absolutely beautiful. I love the new flower events, would love to see more of that! Please never stop updating devs! Thank you!

I paid for the yearly subscription for years and all of a sudden it won’t work anymore. And no one from customer service is willing to help you.

This was my favorite app by far and I don’t mind paying for the premium version. However, I can’t play it at all now without the constant pop ups and closing out. The developers advised “keep playing as normal” but that’s no where near possible. I’m not sure what else to do but cancel. I’ve waited several weeks for an update or something that tells me they’re trying to resolve the issue. I haven’t found another game or coloring app I use as much or as consistently. It really is the most relaxing part of my day. Sad to see it go.

Have annual premium subscription-no way to get actual help. All my pics are lost. Can’t use premium features. This is wrong on so many levels.

I generally enjoy this app, but I am not impressed with how it just tries to force me to get an app that I don’t want, “BEFORE” it’ll allow me to color! I CAN’T EVEN ENJOY MYSELF! THIS IS JUST VERY, VERY DISSATISFYING!

I am 8 months into my yearly subscription. I’m having problems getting an answer from support. There are ads too. It’s bad business to just lock the subscription with no response.

Really unhappy with this development. Why am I suddenly seeing lower banner ads and having to watch an ad before coloring? Very very discouraged. Tried reloading purchases. Tried rebooting iPad. Next I’m gonna try for a refund.

I have been playing the regular Tap Color for years and decided to try the Pro version. My only question is…where is the tap feature? I miss it. It’s one of my favorite things in Tap Color. Is there a setting somewhere that I need to check?

Some ads are interrupting coloring process every 15 seconds. This is something new that has started in last few days, I will definitely delete and choose another app if it continues. 4-11-2026

Loved using this app for multiple years with a subscription but I recently cancelled. My membership doesn’t expire until May 9th but suddenly every 3 seconds there’s an ad playing and no resolution within the app. A year paid should be fulfilled whether I renew or not.

I am paying for unlimited hints and no ads. Today I got into the app and it’s one ad after the next. I tried to restore my subscription and that didn’t work. As i have seen a few reviews about this same issues maybe you will fix it. I’m staying out of the app and have canceled my yearly subscription.

Greedy! While in the app an ad for Roblox comes up. The ad goes on for over 2 minutes. Then you click the X and it goes to another window for Roblox. Another 20 seconds another X. Then 20 more seconds and another X. I know that ads help with the updates for the app. I totally understand that. But let me be clear, if that happens again, your app is gone. There’s plenty of coloring apps out there. And let Roblox know that I would never download their app because of this. It’s totally BS.

This is the third day in a row that you have NOT provided a new painting video. I’ve been doing your painting videos since 2024 and have enjoyed many hours on this app. I’m subscribing to the Pro version of this app which costs me $10.59 each month. I haven’t minded making this payment but I’m having second thoughts about continuing with my subscription. I look forward to getting a new painting video every day and when I don’t get one it kind of ruins my day. Thank you, Jo Garretson

I’m paying for no ads yet I’m still getting ads every time I go to color a picture what’s the point of paying if it’s gonna play all the ads. 😡🤬. Been using the app for years and never had the ads until last few days. So I upgraded to the yearly plan thinking I would get rid of all the ads. That didn’t work either.

I love this app but it keeps freezing.

I have had this for a long time. I used this daily to get my brain to slow down from a busy day. Then all of a sudden I a, getting ads even though I have had a subscription for over a year now and now I can’t do anything because of all the ads that I have paid to get rid of. I’d like my money back or for this to be fixed. I have sent a message a few days ago and still no response.

Where’s the animated pictures? They’re my favorite part of this app.

I have tried numerous times this morning to pick a new picture. Not knowing what I want I was perusing everything. And each time before I could find something I was kicked out by an ad. Now I understand you need these fine, but not when they sit there and don’t do anything but sit. it’s very annoying. It may at least pick something before. I have to sit there through X number of ads they just keep on coming like the energizer bunny. If it’s a new ad that’s even worse. I really want you to absorb it and it sits there and just sits there yesterday. I completely shut down my phone cleared everything to get back in. Can you have a word with those people?.

I used to enjoy this a lot and didn’t mind watching an ad before starting but now there are ads that pop up in the middle while coloring. That is not cool. That is taking advantage of users. That is enough to delete the app. That is also contradicting to your claim of relaxing. Keep it up and you will lose players. Me included.

I love this app for its realistic and sparkling pictures. I also like how you can earn hints by checking in every day. However, I hope you will reconsider your pricing structure. If you had an option to remove ads with a one-time charge of, say, $10, I would do it in a heartbeat. But I can’t do the monthly charge. I’m thinking you might make a lot more profit with this change. Something to think about….

This app has been using AI, which is literal theft from other artists, and is super harmful for the environment. There are many good coloring apps, this is not one of them.

I loved using this app to relax until they started allowing aggressive ads that would repeatedly just pop up over and over while playing. I got so frustrated I deleted it.

I loved coloring on this app until recently! I pay for the premium and I am still getting ads popping up. I have tried everything ( clearing the cache, restore, etc) and nothing has helped. These ads are extremely frustrating which is sad because I really liked this app.

I love this game and all the choices but I would like it more if I could actually color with my apple pen!
